As for Hossein, you’re right on the money — the three in the Radiance set actually became my favorite Hossein-directed watches. The Vampire of Düsseldorf is also excellent! I’d be really curious to hear what you think of his work.
What a great write-up. Hossein isn't making films about men who lose... his films are about men who were never free to begin with, and the horror is how long it takes them to notice.
